ATM Cards and MasterCard Debit Cards


ATM cards and MasterCard Debit Cards are free to our members. Members must have a checking account for use of a MasterCard Debit Card – members with savings only may have an ATM card. Cardholders have access to over 25,000 surcharge free ATMs across the country. Debit card balances are up to the minute. As soon as you make a deposit, it is ready to use on your card. Withdrawals will show as pending until the transaction is posted to your account, usually within 24 hours of use of the card. Funds may hold on pending transactions up to 3 business days.

Please call the credit union when you are travelling outside the Twin Ports area. We will put a travel notice on your card so you may use it outside the Duluth/Superior area without triggering our fraud watch. In order to use your card internationally – in person or online – please contact the credit union prior to attempting the transaction.

ATMs

If you have a PFCU ATM or debit card, you are connected to the MoneyPass Network. That means you can use more than 25,000 ATMs nationwide with no surcharge! There are more than 50 surcharge-free ATMs in the Duluth Superior area!

Full Service ATMs are located at both offices. Anytime, night or day, you can use our drive up ATMs for your deposits, withdrawals, and transfers from savings to checking at no charge for Proctor Federal Credit Union cards.

For lost or stolen ATM/Debit Cards:

If you suspect that your ATM/Debit Card has been lost* or stolen, contact us immediately so we can shut down your card.

If Fraud Prevention Services calls a member, please be aware hey have your best interest in mind. They will confirm card transaction(s) as legitimate or fraudulent. If you have any questions, please call Mary at the Proctor office.
