Access Online Banking

PFCU offers free 24 hour access to your accounts online. Online accounts come with many benefits including:

• Up-to-Date balances
• View transaction history
• Transfer funds between trailers and accounts
• Pay loans online
• Set up recurring transfers
• Free eStatements
• Access as quick as the 1st of the month
• Set up account alerts
• Access to Online Bill Pay

Signing up is easy:

1. Go to the home screen
2. Click button to enroll
3. Enter in the desired information. All information must match our records for the main account holder
4. Read the terms and conditions and agree to them
5. Enter the information:
• Choose a login ID – it cannot be your account number, social security number, or email address
• Choose a security code
• Enter your email address
6. Click on the link to log in to your account
7. Log in to the account you just created
8. Select security questions and answers - remember answers are case sensitive
9. Choose security phrase – this will be displayed every time you log in to your account
10. Choose options:
    • Time Zone
    • Account you want to display in your overview page
    • The services you want
    • Favorite accounts – choose which accounts (if you have more than 5 attached to the single account number) you want displayed on your overview page and account access pages and in which order

Make sure you sign up for eStatements as well! eStatements will begin the month you sign up to receive them. (No statements prior to that date will be available on your online account.)

To sign up for you eStatements:

• Login to your online account
• Click the Self-Service tab
• Choose eStatements
• Click on the Sample PDF
• Agree to the terms

• Nickname your individual accounts within the same account number
  • Got a club savings account you are saving money in for taxes? Label the club account online to make it easier for you to distinguish
• Send an email to our Member Services Department
• Change your address, phone number, or email address
• Set up reminders to your email
• Change your login ID and security code

Online Bill Pay

PFCU offers Online Bill Pay free to all members with a checking account.^* Bill Pay makes it easier to manage all your bills in one place. It is accessible through your computer or Touchbanking mobile phone app – just login to your account. You can even receive and view your bills electronically, no worrying about paper bills and checks.^** Online Bill Pay makes it easier to manage all your bills in one place – accessible through your online account on your computer or TouchBanking phone app. You can even receive and view your bills electronically, no worrying about paper bills and checks.^**

Need to pay a person? No problem! Use Popmoney within Online Bill Pay to pay anyone in the US. Need to transfer money between your accounts at two different financial institutions? Don’t worry. We can help with that too through our Transfer Money tab.

To sign-up for Online Bill Pay, just sign into your online account and click on the Bill Pay tab.

Phone Banking

Did you know you can get your balance over the phone anytime you want? Just call our 24/7 Phone Express Banking at (800) 396-3586. Besides receiving your balances, you can also hear your last 3 transactions, last 5 deposits and withdrawals, and find your loan balances. You can also transfer funds from one trailer to another, calculate loan payments, check loan and share rates, and much more.

No need to sign up. Just call the 1-800 number and follow the prompts.

• Enter your account number followed by the # sign
• Enter PIN followed by the # sign
  • For first time users, the PIN is last 4 digits of main member’s social security number – you will be prompted to change it once in the system
• Listen to the options for the information you are looking for

  2. Inquiries
  3. Other Information

Download the Proctor Federal Credit Union mobile app in your app store for quick access to your account. Our mobile app offers instant balance (get your balances at the touch of your finger – you don’t even need to sign into your account), transaction history, transferring of funds between trailers, loan payments, and access to Bill Pay.
